پترسون و دیل، در کتاب خود با عنوان «شکل‌دهی فرهنگ مدرسه»، فرهنگ مدرسه را به‌عنوان «باورها، ارزش‌ها، زبان و هنجارهایی که در طول زمان در یک مدرسه توسعه یافته‌اند و بر رفتارها و ارتباط افراد در مدرسه تأثیر می‌گذارند» تعریف میکنند.
«چارچوب فکری ثابت» به باور به این مفهوم اشاره دارد که توانایی‌ها و هوش فرد ذاتی و تغییرناپذیر هستند و نمی‌توانند با تلاش و آموزش بهبود یابند.
«چارچوب فکری بالنده» یا Growth mindset به باورهایی اشاره دارد که توانایی‌ها و هوش فرد می‌توانند با تلاش، آموزش و پشتکار توسعه یابند.
تغذیه آگاهانه، تمرینی برای حضور کامل و آگاهی از تجربه غذا خوردن است. این شامل توجه به طعم، بافت، و ظاهر غذا و همچنین علائم گرسنگی و سیری در بدن است. غذا خوردن آگاهانه با غذا خوردن بدون فکر یا حواس پرتی متفاوت است، که می تواند منجر به پرخوری، کم خوری یا مصرف غذا بدون لذت بردن یا مزه کردن واقعی آن شود. با تمرین غذا خوردن آگاهانه، افراد می توانند رابطه سالم تری با غذا ایجاد کنند، هضم غذا را بهبود بخشند و احساس رضایت و لذت بیشتری را از وعده های غذایی خود پرورش دهند.
روش Zentangle روشی مبتنی بر ایجاد تصاویر زیبا با ترسیم الگوهای ساختار یافته است که برای ذهن-آگاهی و ایجاد تمرکز و آرامش بصورتی سرگرم کننده بکار گرفته می شود. این روش همچنین به افراد کمک می کند تا بر ترس ها و موانع رایجی که آنها را از درک پتانسیل هنری درونی خود باز می دارند غلبه کنند.

I am a Graphic Design graduate with 11 years of experience in graphic design, including poster design, logo design, website design, and visual branding for various corporations and organizations. I have contributed to designing visual materials for magazines, cultural events, and national and international conferences.
My motivation for volunteering with Salek Academy is to contribute to improving education and supporting individuals in their learning and growth. The mission of Salek Academy resonates with my values, as it aims to enhance learning opportunities for all students by making educational technology accessible to everyone.

Founder and Board Chair
Learning is not only one of the most fundamental human endeavors but also a basic human right, and I believe deeply in the democratization of learning and equitable access to education. Being part of Salek Academy and collaborating with like-minded people has been a blessing in my life, as it enables me to realize these values.
What led me to establish Salek Academy began with a personal quest as a parent, seeking ways to enhance my children’s learning through technology. This journey evolved in 2017, when I was called to help students in underprivileged areas gain access to quality educational content and remote learning from teachers outside their local regions. As a multimedia expert, I worked to integrate various educational technologies, but I soon realized that technology alone is only part of the solution. Gaining and disseminating a deeper, holistic understanding of learning for meaningful impact on education has since become one of my primary focuses, ultimately leading to the foundation of Salek Academy.
Outside of my professional work, I enjoy spending time with my children, exploring how they perceive and learn about the world, and how they interact with their surroundings.
